Florida weddings, connected by experience.
From Orlando resort properties to Tampa’s waterfront, Miami’s luxury hotels and the Atlantic coast, every Florida wedding has its own setting.
Empire Entertainment works across Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale and Daytona Beach, bringing DJ, MC, dhol, lighting, LED walls and audiovisual production to Indian and South Asian celebrations.

Central Florida
Orlando: a whole weekend together.
Orlando is built for out-of-town guests. Families can arrive, check into the same resort, and move between the Sangeet, ceremony, Baraat and reception with ease. Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Rosen Shingle Creek offer different scales and settings for those celebrations. Between events, guests can explore Walt Disney World, Universal and Disney Springs.
At Gaylord Palms in nearby Kissimmee, our team brought ceremony music, Garba, bilingual MC services, an LED wall and reception lighting to a Gujarati Hindu wedding. At Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate, we planned sound around a custom mandap and kept the Baraat moving.
Gulf Coast
Tampa: the bay meets the dance floor.
Tampa’s downtown waterfront gives a wedding weekend room to move between a welcome event, an open-air Sangeet and a reception with the skyline behind it. Guests can make a longer trip of it with the Riverwalk, Ybor City and the Clearwater and St. Petersburg beaches nearby.
JW Marriott Tampa Water Street and Tampa Marriott Water Street put large event spaces near the bay. The Vinoy in St. Petersburg offers a historic waterfront setting, while Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach brings the coast close to the ceremony. Our Tampa case study follows Tithi and Bhaumik from a live dhol Baraat through the reception.
South Florida
Miami: a destination with its own rhythm.
Miami’s cultures, languages and music make it a natural fit for a celebration that moves between Bollywood, Latin sounds and Top 40. Guests can extend the wedding trip through South Beach, Little Havana and Wynwood.
Four Seasons Hotel Miami, The Biltmore in Coral Gables, Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and Faena Hotel Miami Beach each offer a distinct backdrop, from bay views and historic gardens to bold interiors by the beach. Our Miami wedding story shows how carefully timed ceremony music, outdoor sound and a late-night reception came together.
Northeast Florida
Jacksonville: room for the whole Baraat.
Jacksonville’s broad coastline, St. Johns River and spread-out neighborhoods give Indian wedding weekends room to breathe. A Baraat can have space to gather, and guests can enjoy Jacksonville Beach, Amelia Island or Ponte Vedra between events.
The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island offers an oceanfront setting north of the city. Ponte Vedra Inn & Club brings the coast closer to Jacksonville, while The Cummer Museum & Gardens offers a more intimate riverfront setting for a welcome event or Mehndi.
Atlantic Coast
Fort Lauderdale: where the city meets the water.
Canals, marinas and the beach give Fort Lauderdale a setting unlike any other Florida city. A wedding can begin with a coastal welcome and move to a reception on a terrace overlooking the water.
The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach and Pier Sixty-Six offer different ways to bring ocean or marina views into the weekend. Bonnet House Museum & Gardens is a quieter tropical option for a smaller event. Guests can also explore Las Olas Boulevard and the city’s waterways between celebrations.
East Central Florida
Daytona Beach: a wedding by the Atlantic.
Daytona Beach keeps the focus on open sky, wide sand and the shoreline. Guests can make a longer beach getaway of the weekend, with the boardwalk and speedway nearby.
The Shores Resort & Spa, Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach and Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort offer different sizes and settings for a beachside celebration. We can plan mobile Baraat sound, ceremony audio, MC hosting and reception music around the venue and the pace of your events.
One Florida team, whatever the city.
We plan music, MC, dhol, lighting and production around your venue, traditions and guest experience.
