The ceremony, Ganesh Puja through Saptapadi, ran on ritual-specific music sequenced to the priest’s timing, not a fixed playlist.

The Challenge: clear sound by the bay.
Two hours before guests arrived, wind off the bay was cutting into vocal clarity at the outdoor welcome terrace. Moving indoors would’ve meant losing the skyline the couple wanted in every photo, so instead, our team reconfigured the speaker array and added wind-resistant mic covers on-site, keeping the setting intact without sacrificing sound.
The skyline stayed.
The sound stayed clear.

The Weekend:
a rooftop welcome.
A rooftop welcome night blended lounge and Bollywood sets, easing jet-lagged grandparents in while setting the tone for two days ahead.
A reception that kept its momentum.
By the reception, Bollywood built into Top 40 under a full LED wall, the floor staying packed until the last song.
