When Tithi and Bhaumik came to us, their brief was simple to say and hard to deliver: a ceremony that honored every ritual without feeling rushed, and a reception energetic enough to keep Tampa’s Indian community dancing well past midnight. Tradition on one side, celebration on the other: it shaped everything we built for their day.

The celebration moved from a live dhol Baraat to a Sangeet and reception built for the whole room.
The Baraat announced the day.
The morning began with the groom’s Baraat, arriving with a live dhol setup and mobile sound system through the venue’s entrance courtyard. We kept the energy loud and unpolished on purpose. A Baraat isn’t meant to be background music; it’s meant to announce the day. Guests joined in within minutes.

A Sangeet that read
the room.
At the Sangeet, our DJ read the room in real time: Bollywood throwbacks for the older relatives, building into Hip Hop and EDM as the night went on for the younger crowd. That range is the actual skill: knowing when to stick with what’s working and when to switch it up, not just having both playlists ready.
Three generations on one dance floor.
For the reception, we layered a full LED video wall behind the stage, dynamic uplighting through the ballroom, and a Bollywood to Top 40 playlist that kept three generations on the floor at once, from the couple’s first dance through the last song of the night.
Ceremony timing, handled with care.
Timing mattered as much as song choice. Our team worked with the family ahead of time to build a shared run of show, with traditional Vedic music for the Pheras and Kanyadaan so each ritual landed at the right moment without feeling rushed. Our MC, fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English, moved guests through the ceremony without losing its flow.
